How long will it take to have my suit made?

Our bespoke process normally takes four to six weeks. Special arrangement for special occasions could be available.

What is your bespoke process?

We will see you multiple times for your bespoke garment. In our first meeting, we discuss the style you prefer and the your choice of fabrics. We shall meet two more times for the first and second fittings. Then we will have you hand made bespoke garments ready. See our Process page for details.

Who will I see at the shop?

We run on-site production so you will be talking to our cutters and tailors. We believe that direct communications can help us deliver better service and garments. 

How much do your bespoke suits cost?

Prices of our suits vary based on the fabric cost. It takes 50 hours of work to finish a bespoke suit. We alway aim to make our services accessible. A standard two-piece suit starts from HK$7,500 You can find our pricing here.

We can visit you for private appointments. Feel free to contact us to arrange a private consultation

What are your standard terms of payment?

We charge for all our garments up front. This enables us to pay our suppliers up front so to save cost and get a better pricing for our customers.

Payment options

Payment can be made by American Express, VISA, MasterCard, China Union Pay, Diners, Discover, FPS, PayMe, Alipay and WeChat Pay.

Can bespoke garments be refunded?

As bespoke garments are custom-made, they can neither be returned nor refunded and the refund policy does not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights and does not apply to faulty goods. Thumb Thimble Ltd retains full discretion on whether a product is faulty or not. Refund will be paid through the original method of payment less the cost of any credit card fees.
